Two "Cantonese chefs" came to Bijie Vocational and technical College from Guangzhou days ago. Young apprentices of Bijie vocational and technical College opened their eyes to the delicious dishes made by the chefs with their skilled hands flying. "Cantonese Cuisine Master - Lingnan Group Class" is a school-enterprise cooperation project of Bijie Vocational and Technical College. Lingnan Business Travel Group and Bijie Vocational and Technical College jointly sign an orientation training and employment agreement according to the 2.5+0.5 training mode for secondary and technical students. The vocational students follow the "2+0.5+0.5" training mode, that is, they are trained for the first four semesters in the school, learning enterprise-related basic courses, intelligent courses, specialized courses and cultural courses. In the fifth semester, they practice in the enterprise and improve their skills. In the sixth semester, they do internship in the enterprise. Students of the order class have their two-way choice after finishing their studies, obtaining their diplomas, and meet the requirements through assessment. They can choose to work either in Guangzhou or in local businesses. Lingnan Business Travel Group gives priority to the students and recommend them to work in high-quality enterprises including cooperative enterprises or affiliated enterprises.

At present, Bijie Vocational and Technical College and 18 large enterprises in Guangzhou jointly run 46 dual-education order classes. There are more than 1,800 students, 80% of whom are from poor families. The cooperative enterprises will give each of these poor students 2,000 yuan of financial aid every year.
