On the morning of February 11, 2022, Tang Hanghao, deputy Director of standing Committee of Guangzhou Municipal People's Congress and Chairman of Guangzhou Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, convened the heads of trade unions of relevant municipalenterprisesto attend the workshop on "Order class" of Guangzhou Trade Unions' east-west cooperation between schools andenterprises. Wang Yuqin, vice President of Guangzhou city federation of trade unions, the primary researcher Tang Shenglin, the union officials of Guangzhou Automobile Group, Guangzhou Yuexiu Group, Guangzhou Port Group, Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Group, Guangzhou Construction Group, Guangzhou Metro Group, Guangzhou Lingnan International Enterprise Group, Guangzhou Radio Group, Guangzhou Pearl River Enterprises Group and Guangzhou Restaurant Group participated in the forum.
The persons in charge of the labor unions of the enterprises attending the forum introduced the highlight work and the next step plan of the Unit, and put forward suggestions on the "order training" of the east-west school-enterprise cooperation.
Mr. Tang Hanghao spoke highly of and affirmed the"order class" carried out by Guangzhou enterprises in the cooperation between East and West, and put forward the following requirements on how to further promote the cooperation: First, we should further improve our ideological understanding and political standing, deeply understand and comprehend general Secretary Xi's spiritual essence about common prosperity, and build a typical case of East-West cooperation "order class" to achieve common prosperity. Based on a class, a major and a type of work, we should make the "order class" work fine and solid. Second, to face the difficulties and problems in the unbalanced development of "order class" between the East and the West, pay attention to humanistic care and the creation of an atmosphere, strengthen job introduction and experience exchange, and integrate the spirit of model workers and craftsmen into school-enterprise cooperation and school-school cooperation. Third, we should attach importance tomake concerted effortsby interconnecting state-owned assets supervision and administration Commission, Human Resources and Social Security bureau and related units to establish coordination, communication, evaluation, promotion and incentive mechanism and help Guizhou students realize their dreams of learning and employment by drawing upon the experience gained on key points. We should grasp of real right of the “order class” of east and west collaboration.
It is reported that in recent years, Guangzhou city federation of trade unions actively promote three project order cultivation of "Cantonese cuisine chef, Guangdong mechanic, Nanyue housekeeping" in Guizhou to go deep, coordinate Guangzhou related businesses to carry out the east-west cooperation and university-enterprise cooperation with vocational colleges in Bijie, Qiannan, Anshun city of Guizhou province to create the closed loop chains of "recruitment, training, employment", and explore a successful experience of production-education integration, school-enterprise cooperation and order personnel training of vocational education. In recent years, enterprises in Guangzhou have set up 65 "order classes" for school-enterprise cooperation between the East and the West, and trained more than 2,400 students, achieving the goal of "one person employed and one family lifted out of poverty", and helping the poverty alleviation in the western regions to achieve more solid and sustainable results. The "order class" mode of school-enterprise cooperation between the east and the west of Guangzhou Trade Union has been highly recognized by the State, Guangdong Rural Revitalization Bureau and the corresponding regions in Guizhou Province, and has also become an excellent case to promote the cooperation between Guangdong and Guizhou and achieve common prosperity.
