On May 26, the secretary of the General Party Branch of Medical Nursing Department organized 26 teachers and students, who were all the teacher Party members, the students' union, the Red Cross, and the top student representatives of the medical emergency team, to Changfeng community to provide the free medical service to "do practical things for the masses".
On the ground in front of the village committee office, the team carried out basic physical examination, blood pressure and blood glucose measurement and registration and explained the knowledge on common chronic diseases for people over 50 years old. They patiently answered questions for the people. The volunteers served 326 people in total, and donated alcohol costing nearly 1,000 yuan, cotton swabs and other commonly used medical supplies to Changfeng village committee.
