On the afternoon of July 10th, Bijie Vocational and Technical College launched the social practice of "Three Assists to the Countryside" in the summer vacation of 2020. The three assists refer to culture, technology and health. The ceremony was held in conference room 101 in the administration building. More than 70 people attended the conference, including Zhong Sheng, the deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Of our college, Yi Peng, the Member of the Party Committee and vice president of our college, the heads of the Publicity Department, the Student Affairs Department, the Security Department and the Youth League Committee, the general secretaries of the Youth League branch of each teaching department and all the instructors and volunteers.

On the ceremony, the man in charge from the youth League committee made a report on the formation of the team, material preparation, service projects, personnel structure, service location, time arrangement and other basic information. Subsequently, the school leaders and teachers of relevant departments participated in presenting the volunteers the flag, andcongratulated the team beforehand on their coming success. After the flag was given, representatives of student volunteers and instructors made speeches in turn, expressing their confidence and determination to successfully complete the practical tasks.

Deputy Secretary Zhong Sheng addressed in the end. He made some demands to all the instructors and volunteers and announced the battle. He said, first, we should constantly improve the ability and the level of turning knowledge into guidance for practice through solid social activities; Second, we should flexibly use our professional knowledge, highlight the key tasks of the social practice of "Three Assists to the Countryside", and strive to leave visible and tangible results for the grassroots. Third, we should adopt a highly responsible attitude, firmly establish the thought of "safety first", and put an end to paralyzing thoughts and fluke mentality. We need to make good preliminary research and preparation, make adequate plans to deal with natural disasters and emergencies, strictly comply with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control and flood control and disaster relief work in practice, ensure the personal and property safety of teachers and students, and ensure the safe and smooth implementation of practical activities.
